I purchased this screen 2 years ago & it is holding up great. It has been outside 24/7/365 since I received it. The first year it was in Phoenix, AZ and for the past 13 months it has been in Oklahoma City. I know you don't sell these as permanent outdoor screens, but it has had no issues. Once in a while I hit it with the garden hose to clean it off, but that's it. You can see how well it has held up in this picture.
