Shipping and Returns

COVID-19 Update:

Carl’s Place remains open but order lead times may be longer than normal. We are currently working through a backlog of orders due to material delays from our suppliers.

Unfortunately, while we cannot guarantee an exact ship date, we estimate we are running at a minimum of 10 business days for most orders.

At this time we are currently unable to expedite the processing of any orders and are only accepting “No Rush” delivery. If your order is past 10 business days, feel free to contact us here for your order status. We appreciate your patience and your business!

Carl’s Place offers free, no-rush shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Paid shipping options are available if you want your item to arrive faster or if you need international delivery. Most orders received by 11:00 am CST will be processed and shipped same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Golf enclosures, custom and welded screens require extra manufacturing time. Simply add the product to the online shopping cart for accurate shipping quotes and delivery timelines.

International Orders

Orders shipping to locations outside of the United States are provided special quotes in the shopping cart. These shipping options include the cost of freight only. All duties, taxes, or other import fees (including clearance service charges in some cases) are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping quotes provided in the shopping cart are estimates. In some rare cases (certain countries and package sizes) we may require additional funds to complete your order. Feel free to contact us to verify an exact quote prior to ordering.


We collect sales tax in the following states: GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, VA and WI. Many states now require remote sellers to collect sales tax. Even though we may not have a physical presence in your state, we are responsible for collecting and remitting tax on your purchase(s). 

To exempt a customer from sales tax we must have a current Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exempt Status (CES) form, or in the case of wholesale purchases, a state-issued Resale Certificate. The form must be submitted prior to purchase.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Here at Carl’s Place, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason you receive a defective product or the incorrect product, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. If you change your mind about an item or decide that you don’t need it, we’ll accept returns or exchanges on items in new condition within 30 days of purchase, minus the cost of shipping.

We encourage customers to inspect the contents of your package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day return policy. In any case, simply let us know what you need, and we’ll be happy to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days of the returned item(s) being received at our warehouse and all refunds are issued back to your original form of payment. All items are thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are granted. Please note that items returned in a condition other than new and unused will receive a refund appropriate to the condition of the returned item, generally 50%-80% of your order, per the extent of the damage.

Except in cases where transit time exceeds the option selected, shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

Carl’s Place reserves the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee on exchanges, returns, or cancellations on Pro Golf Enclosure Kits, custom orders and/or completed large volume orders.
