Carl's Place remains open but order lead times may be longer than normal. We're doing our best to provide realistic delivery timelines during checkout, but please understand that there may be unanticipated delays due to staffing and supply issues related to COVID-19. Please Note: Expedited shipping fees are temporarily non-refundable. Our team will do everything we can to ship orders on time, however, due to seasonal volume with Carriers and the challenges of COVID-19, we are currently unable to guarantee transit and shipping times.

Carl's Place offers free, no-rush shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States

  • Paid shipping options are available if you want your item to arrive faster or if you need international delivery.
  • Golf enclosures and custom screens require extra manufacturing time. Simply add the product to the online shopping cart for accurate shipping quotes and delivery timelines.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Carl's Place has a 30-day return policy. With this in mind, we strongly encourage our customers to inspect the contents of your package(s) upon delivery to ensure you are fully satisfied with the product and have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day return policy.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If for some reason you receive a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to our Customer Service team right away and we will be happy to help.
  • Changed your Mind: If you change your mind about an item or decide that you don't need it, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges on standard items in new condition within 30-days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service team for return instructions or to discuss your custom order return.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of the return and are issued back to the original form of payment.
  • Please note: All items are thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are granted. Items returned in a condition other than new and unused will receive a refund percentage relative to the condition of the returned item, as determined by Carl's Place. Please note that, based on return inspection, *not all returned items will qualify for a refund*. Please reach out to our Customer Service team with any questions.
  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Golf Simulator Returns

  • UNEEKOR: we only accept returns on unopened UNEEKOR products only. Customers should refer to UNEEKOR support for any product issues. Email: support@uneekor.com or call 949-328-7790
  • BenQ: We can only accept returns on standard stock, unopened BenQ products. Anything opened or special order cannot be returned.
  • SkyTrak: we only accept returns on unopened SkyTrak products only. Customers should refer to SkyTrak customer support for any product issues. 917-809-7367.
  • Flightscope Mevo+: We only accept returns on unopened Flightscope products only. Customers should refer to Flightscope technical support for any product issues. Email: support@flightscopemevo.com or call 407-967-7121.
  • Golf Simulator Software: All TGC 2019 and E6 sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on digital downloads. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Carl's Place reserves the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee on order changes, cancellations, or returns on golf enclosure kits, custom orders and/or completed large volume orders. The fee charged will depend on the production status of the order.

International Orders

Orders shipping to locations outside of the United States are provided special quotes in the shopping cart. These shipping options include the cost of freight only. All duties, taxes, or other import fees (including clearance service charges in some cases) are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping quotes provided in the shopping cart are estimates. In some rare cases (certain countries and package sizes) we may require additional funds to complete your order. Feel free to contact us to verify an exact quote prior to ordering.

Tax

Tax will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. To exempt a customer from sales tax we must have a current Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exempt Status (CES) form, or in the case of wholesale purchases, a state-issued Resale Certificate, prior to purchase.
