Reviewing the Uneekor EYE MINI LITE

At the 2024 PGA Show, Uneekor introduced the latest addition to the EYE MINI family: the EYE MINI LITE. This compact and stationary launch monitor is packed with powerful simulation capabilities, thanks to Uneekor's patented EYE engine technology, Dimple Optix, and Club Optix.

The EYE MINI LITE comes at an affordable price, making top-notch golf simulation and training accessible to golf enthusiasts of all levels. Expected release date is spring 2024.

Check out some of the differences between the Uneekor EYE MINI vs. EYE MINI LITE below. We will continue to update this blog with more information as it becomes available.

EYE MINI vs. EYE MINI LITE

Although the picture above shows the EYE MINI LITE outdoors at the 2024 PGA Show, the key difference between the EYE MINI and the EYE MINI LITE is that the LITE version is indoor only. Reasons for that: it must be hooked up to a PC at all times and does not have WiFi capability or a battery, which makes it not as portable as the original EYE MINI.

The EYE MINI LITE is designed for ease of use and setup, but it's important to note that it's not portable in the traditional sense. It requires a connection to a power source and a PC to run the Uneekor Software. While its compact size makes it convenient to move and set up in different indoor locations, its dependence on external power and a PC make it more difficult to use outside.

UNEEKOR EYE MINI LITE FEATURES

If the EYE MINI LITE maintains the same highly accurate data as the other Uneekor launch monitors, we're in for a treat.

EYEMINILite-black-frontUneekor Vice President of Marketing Greg Sabella said, "The introduction of the EYE MINI LITE is in line with Uneekor's dedication to breaking barriers and making golf more accessible. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the game, and our cutting-edge technologies are a step towards achieving that vision."

With the EYE MINI LITE, you have the freedom to explore and play thousands of renowned courses at your convenience. Whether you prefer Uneekor's Refine+ and Gameday systems or third-party software, this innovative device caters to your preferences.

The EYE MINI LITE's Club Optix feature captures and analyzes club impact. You’ll get data-rich insights provided by the Uneekor View software, allowing you to review your club's performance before, during, and after impact, with 180-frames-per-second video replay. The launch monitor's built-in cameras offer a unique and captivating low-angle perspective.

Despite its "LITE" designation, the EYE MINI LITE appears to be pretty powerful.

It seamlessly integrates with Swing Optix cameras and Balance Optix mat as well. It is fully compatible with all Uneekor software when used with a compatible PC, meaning you get a seamless journey across the entire range of Uneekor's golf simulation software offerings.

EYE MINI LITE THIRD PARTY COMPATIBILITY

The EYE MINI LITE is compatible with a wide range of third-party software, including popular choices like GSPRO. Furthermore, it seamlessly integrates with Uneekor's own software such as View, Refine+, and GameDay.
